CONFLICT SCHOOL

Learn how to navigate hard conversations, set boundaries, and repair trust in this four-part course on the art of conflict transformation.

 Every conflict is an experiment.

Have you ever felt like you're stuck between two shitty options?

Either speak your mind with someone and lose them, or stay quiet and slowly go insane?

We're here to introduce you to the secret third option: conflict

Run Towards the Hard Sh*t (aka Conflict School) is a 4 part course about facing the conversations you’ve been avoiding — the hard ones that could change everything.

We will teach you how to navigate conflict with clarity, self-awareness, and an open heart, so you can stop spiraling and start repairing.

By the end, you’ll have a new framework for conflict, deeper awareness of not only yourself but also others, and the tools to build personal relationships that are actually fulfilling.

This work is not just about how you show up in conflict

but also how you show up to your entire life.

And the life you've always wanted?

It's on the other side of conflict.

MODULE ONE — LOOK AT YOURSELF

Are you burning down your own house?

In conflict, do you posture, do you collapse, do you fawn, do you run?

Do you hate how your parents did conflict? What did they teach you?

  • During our first session, we get honest about YOU, your personal history, and YOUR conflict style.

  • We will begin the work of preparing your nervous system to self regulate for good conflict. This is fundamental.

  • You will pick a current conflict in your life to use as practice throughout this course.

MODULE TWO — LOOK TOWARD THE OTHER

Who are you mad at?

Is it the person sitting in front of you, or someone from the past?

What's the question no one's asking?

What do you WISH was happening?

This day is about truly preparing for that conversation you've been avoiding. We'll investigate all of the possibilities and study the most productive path.

Conflict is an orchard of intimacy - a space that is profoundly fruitful, if we're willing to show up and bring the orchard to life.

We'll cover:

  • How to lead with tender openness, not desperate control.

  • Investigating your conflict partner (hereby referred to as: the other) with a curious and generous heart.

  • The wider environment of your life and the periphery people you bring into your conflicts (are they helping or hurting?)

MODULE THREE — LOOK INSIDE THE FIRE

What if your first tool was always curiosity?

What if your reputation was forgiveness?

What if you AND the people in your life are more generous than you think?

This session is about the part most people avoid. The actual conversation.

We'll cover:

  • Realistic expectations for what it means to fight well

  • The mechanisms for being a good listeners

  • What to do when all the chefs are too hot in the kitchen

  • You can prioritize self AND relationship at the same time

What matters most is not “winning” the conflict —
but building the kind of relationship that can hold one.

MODULE FOUR — LOOK INTO THE FUTURE

Now comes the part no one talks about: the after.
What happens when things don’t go how you hoped?
When repair isn’t possible?
When you finally feel the truth of what’s actually been happening?

We'll cover:

  • Recipes for meaningful & lasting repair in the aftermath.

  • When to stay, when to release, and how to walk away without leaving ourselves behind.

  • How to create and honor agreements

In this final session, we turn our attention to the soil of our relationships — tending it with steadiness, care, and a grounded, long-range vision.

Because conflict is never just about now.
It’s about the garden you’re growing for years to come.

These sessions will weave together relational theorypractices for daily life, and rich opportunities for sharing, creating an engaging and transformative learning experience.  Are you ready to say YES to conflict? Let's get started today.

Drawing on her expertise in peace education, restorative justice, and somatic practices, she brings both emotional intelligence and practical tools to help people navigate difficult truths with courage and clarity.

Her students know her as the the “What Should I Say?" Witch who finds the perfect language when they're stuck, lovingly encouraging them to be warmed by the fire instead of leaning away from its heat. Hanna Williams is a devoted student and initiate in a classical Shakta (Goddess) Tantric lineage rooted in the teachings of Abhinavagupta, the founder of Kashmir Shaivism. For the past decade, she has studied and practiced within a tradition that centers the transformative power of Grace—growth, devotion, and spiritual evolution flowing from direct contact with That.

Her path has naturally led her to the realm of interpersonal work, where Grace meets the grit of everyday human relationship. A certified relationship coach trained by Jayson Gaddis, Hanna has found that the most profound growth often arises from the messiness of connection: conflict, misattunement, and repair. With a completely open solar plexus (Monica has this too!), she’s spent her life fascinated by emotion—how we express it, avoid it, and find our way back to one another.

This course is shaped by her spiritual devotion, her study of human behavior, and her deep belief that learning to navigate conflict is an evolutionary act.
