"I learned more useful information in CONFLICT SCHOOL than in all my years of schooling combined. Monika and Hanna are brilliant guides, both possessing a profound and fertile depth of wisdom which they convey so stunningly and in a way that cuts SHARPLY to the core.
I am enormously grateful for this course & for the passageways it revealed within the vast mountain that is Conflict. It opened my eyes & my heart to what is certainly a lifetime’s worth of work, so I will no doubt be returning the next time they hold a container like this. Sheeeeesh. What a gift!"

 every conflict is an opportunity

You have an unhinged script of what you want to say, but you don’t know how to say it without blowing up your entire relationship. You're noticing your own bad behavior and what it costs you.

We want to introduce you to another option: conflict.

Not the conflict your boomer parents showed you, not adversarial politics... conflict faced with curiosity, courage, and an open heart.

CONFLICT SCHOOL is a 6-part training for people who are ready to stop avoiding and start repairing. We'll teach you how to navigate the riskier conversations of your life and use them to build something fortified.

In the last two years, students walked away having finally said the thing they'd been sitting on for years. Relationships were repaired and, when needed, released (with grace). People told us it changed how they fight, and how they live.

By the end of CONFLICT SCHOOL, you’ll have a new roadmap for conflict, the tools to build personal relationships that are actually fulfilling, and deeper awareness of not only your conflict story, but how the culture of conflict influences everything.

This work is not just about how you show up in conflict

but also how you show up to your entire life.

And the life you've always wanted?

It's on the other side of conflict.

"I would say that the beating heart of this course was integrity; How do we show up with integrity to our relationships, the conflicts within them, and to ourselves? These are endlessly complicated questions, to which Monika and Hanna do not pay lip service; they are fully in the ring, grappling with all the messiness and nuance inherent to human relationships. It’s also not just that they are willing to go there; they genuinely have the skills, knowledge, and perspective to guide people through these turbid waters."

MODULE ONE  — THE CULTURE OF CONFLICT

You know that saying: "Be the change you wish to see in the world?"

Annoying right?

Well, we create the culture of conflict we all have to live in every time we point fingers at each other or avoid hard conversations. We create a culture of betraying and disrespecting ourselves and others; we perpetuate "boomer energy."

It's time we create and tend to a new garden -- an orchard that reaps fruits for our shared future. So, before we can plant the seeds for you to grow into conflict, we need to understand the soil we're operating in: the culture of conflict itself.

You will pick a current conflict in your life to use as practice throughout this course.

MODULE TWO   — YOUR PERSONAL CONFLICT STORY

Are you burning down your own house?

In conflict, do you posture, do you collapse, do you fawn, do you run?

Do you hate how your family did conflict? Then why do you sound like them?

We'll map your conflict history & heritage and any limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.

This session isn't just about looking at YOU and what you bring to the table in disagreements, but also examining the vibe you bring in to all of your relationships.

MODULE THREE  — LOOK TOWARD THE OTHER

What if your reputation was forgiveness?

The moment you want to win, everyone loses.

This is where we teach you to abandon adversarial thinking, and to start seeing yourself as part of a relationship.
In this session we are getting deeply curious about the people that we are mad at.

This is when the course becomes about skill building. The focus is on self-regulation skills so you can grow your capacity for deeper connections.

What matters the most is not being the same as your conflict partner, but building the kind of relationship that can hold difference.

MODULE FOUR  — CONFLICT IS INTIMACY

What if we told you that the cost of connection is high sensation?

We teach you to run toward the hard shit. The deep connection you desire is on the other side of the intense conversations you've been avoiding.

We'll investigate all of the possibilities and study the most productive path. We want you operating from your ideal outcome.

That means studying:

  • accountability

  • apologies

  • how to hear hard shit

  • a pace of conversation that actually works

Conflict is an orchard of intimacy - a space that is profoundly fruitful, if we're willing to show up and bring the orchard to life.

MODULE FIVE  — THE ART OF REPAIR

Now comes the part no one talks about: the after.
How do you repair in the first place!?

What happens when things don’t go how you hoped?
What if repair isn’t possible?

With rupture comes possibility.

Repair is how we gather the mending supplies; there's the hard conversation, and then there's how we soothe & reconnect. AND THEN, how to walk away from a relationship without leaving ourselves behind.

In this session, we turn our attention to the soil of our relationships — tending it with steadiness, care, and a grounded, long-range vision.

MODULE SIX  — TRUST THE PROCESS

Intimacy requires aftercare. Yes, we want you to fight well, but our goal is for you to build strong relationships that can withstand the test of time. Because conflict is never just about now. It’s about the garden you’re growing for years to come.

This is about becoming who you've always dreamed of in conflict and in your life.

These sessions will weave together relational theory, practices for daily life, and rich opportunities for sharing, creating an engaging and transformative learning experience.  Are you ready to say YES to conflict? Let's get started today.

"This conflict course was so profoundly life-altering, eye-opening, and affirming. I learned so much about how I was going about conflict well, and where I was going about it poorly. Hanna & Monika manage to make such a heavy topic digestible, relatable and accessible. Worksheets, Q&A, and deep in-chat discussions made for an experience that was so much more than what I thought I was signing up for."

-Ryan, CONFLICT SCHOOL student

"Conflict school was genuinely life-changing (sorry, not sorry). Each session involved a sensitive and vulnerable conversation I’ve never had. It made me look to my inner-self and realize I have a lot to take accountability for. To me conflict is no longer taboo, let’s talk about it — the right way. I feel like. I have the right tools to be a conflict partner to others, and I’m still learning (and being curious). The other times was information, typically about the other person I had conflict with. All in all, this school was worth it and I have recommended it already. I’m not afraid of conflict, I embrace it. I love the saying, your dream life is on the other side of conflict. Thank you, Hanna and Monika! You both are brilliant."

Monika Alanna is a Grief Worker, Conflict Resolution Facilitator, and communication wizard who makes sense of life's messiest moments as opportunities for meaningful connection.

Monika earned three degrees from Naropa University in Peace & Conflict Studies, Art Therapy, and Social Entrepreneurship. She worked as a Restorative Justice Facilitator with both youth and adults being redirected from District Attorney prosecution, before going on to become a certified Death Doula, and has spent 13 years as an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher specializing in trauma, injury, and disability.

For over a decade, she has guided hundreds of students through major life transitions, losses, and conflicts, drawing on the full spectrum of her expertise in somatic practices, transformative justice, and peace education to help people navigate difficult truths with courage and clarity.

Her students know her as the "What Should I Say?" Witch, and for good reason. Monika's work is practical by design, giving people the actual phrasing, embodied practices, and relational tools they need to meet life's hardest moments with grounding and grace. What she offers isn't just insight, it travels home with her students, into their hardest conversations, their deepest losses, and their most complicated, high stakes relationships.

GRACEPILLED - 6.png

Hanna Williams is a devoted student and initiate in a classical Shakta (Goddess) Tantric lineage rooted in the teachings of Abhinavagupta, the founder of Kashmir Shaivism. For the past decade, she has studied and practiced within a tradition that centers the transformative power of Grace—growth, devotion, and spiritual evolution flowing from direct contact with That.

Her path has naturally led her to the realm of interpersonal work, where Grace meets the grit of everyday human relationship. A certified relationship coach trained by Jayson Gaddis, Hanna has found that the most profound growth often arises from the messiness of connection: conflict, misattunement, and repair. With a completely open solar plexus (Monica has this too!), she’s spent her life fascinated by emotion—how we express it, avoid it, and find our way back to one another.

This course is shaped by her spiritual devotion, her study of human behavior, and her deep belief that learning to navigate conflict is an evolutionary act.

 more student success stories:

"This course changed my behaviour pretty quickly, and I have improved relationships (with others and myself) since taking it. My willingness to just enter a conversation or express a decision I’ve made has increased and is not accompanied by high anxiety of the past.

Hanna and Monika give tools and antidotes (God I love an antidote) that feel effortless to practice ~ bc of how they teach. I walked away with not just how to participate in conflict with a partner, effectively with respect. But for me the support for myself, to prepare and have my nervous system know we are safe to do so no matter what  happens. Which means I’m a closer to living a life in alignment with Me, bc I’m able to choose and express what I need 🩵

So, ya, it’s worth stepping into the conflict orchard 🌳🍊🍒💕"

"This course experience came at a time when I was feeling burnt out and looking to do something intentional for myself. Taking "conflict school" was not what I had in mind, but it came across my field and fit the idea of having a space to show up weekly for myself. These six weeks have unearthed and re-potted so many parts of me and my dynamics. I am so grateful this is how I decided to spend my me-time. This helped strengthen my romantic relationship, the way I navigate professional spaces, living in a communal space and my internal dialogue. Just days after our last class I'll be visiting home to family and am looking forward to approaching differences with new tools. I used to think conflict was confusing and now I think conflict is cool."

-Marissa, CONFLICT SCHOOL student

"Attending CONFLICT SCHOOL with Hanna and Monika gave me the skills and confidence to be a relational leader in my community. I learned the importance and art of accountability, listening until others feel understood, and the need for aftercare and repair. Being skilled at conflict truly does impact culture on a large scale and has the ability to bring you closer to the relationships that are so important to you. Conflict is an inherent part of life, and getting good at working through it is important, sacred work. Thank you, Hanna and Monika, for sharing your wisdom, life experiences, and gifts with us so generously. I am walking out more sure of how I want to show up in the world."

"i loved it. i would absolutely recommend it. I loved how candid you both were, so real, and i could just feel at every level shame dissolving around the pitfalls of what conflict can bring up and the stories we can want to tell ourselves amongst big emotions. that was my favorite part, and that is the kinda thing that was just infused and i know comes from y'alls firm conviction in taking the shame out and ur lived practices and inner tendings. i feel touched by that work <3 <3 <3 and all the technical advice and offerings were so on point, in the way where it started sounding obvious like oh yeah duh ofc, but such good reminders and also just evidence of good teaching, turning difficult things into simple terms and strata. i could tell y'all took a lot of time and wove in many diff teachings to talk about certain relational dynamics, the poetics were hitting and striking and wonderful. the Q and A was awesome. i wasnt sure the call end time at first so that was confusing for me scheduling wise the first few weeks. i joined a week late and was rly grateful to still be let in. i liked having discord apart of it too. the price was affordable."

-Aspen, CONFLICT SCHOOL student

"Wonderful teachers on subjects that are overwhelming when approached alone in my experience. Deeply helpful at broadening the lense of what conflict is and how to understand my relationship with it. Uncovering lots of pieces about why I have approached conflict the way I have and now moving forward I have new tools and scope of understanding to use as I continue on my journey. You should take the class!"

"I truly loved this course and it has single handedly changed my life. I have set more boundaries with my mom and learned how to release the anger and sadness on my own and remain deeply present during the conflict and not impulsively react like I would in the past. I also cut off a man whose actions were not aligning with his words and I choose myself + did not ignore the red flags as I have in the past. During the conflict with this man when I chose to let go I stayed true to what i felt despite being deeply triggered during conflict and even used the skills taught to make sure I understood what he was communicating to me. I am so thankful for everything i have learned this course has taught me so so much and turned my whole perspective regarding conflict into something that I am now curious about. THANK UUUU <3"

"this course surprised me: I thought what I needed was tools for working with others and what I found was that I needed to better resource myself. this course offered not only the tools but the framework and worldview that helped me relate more kindly to my nervous system."
