with Nataraj & Hanna
This event has been cancelled.
We may re-teach it in the future!

Is your fear based on something real,
or is it a projection of the mind?
Join Hanna and Nataraj for a three-part series designed to help you explore, understand, and transform your relationship with fear.
Over three sessions, we'll explore fear through the lens of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis: fear, love, & love + fear.
Through this framework, we can begin to welcome fear into our spiritual practice, transforming it into a pathway for growth and devotion. 🙇♀️🙇
Course Overview:
-
Session 1 (Thesis: Fear)
What is fear? We’ll focus on its roots, how it manifests, and the role it plays in our lives. -
Session 2 (Antithesis: Love)
What is the antidote to fear? We’ll explore how devotion and faith can open us to the strength and courage needed to transform fear through love. -
Session 3 (Synthesis: Love & Fear)
How do we hold space for both fear and love? We’ll unpack the embrace of both through practice, worldview shifts, and philosophy.
Our sessions will weave together captivating theory, immersive practices for daily life, and rich opportunities for sharing, creating an engaging and transformative learning experience.

About your instructors:

Nataraj Chaitanya has led retreats, workshops, kirtans, and has directed yoga and meditation teacher training programs throughout the world for nearly 20 years. After beginning a daily meditation and yoga practice at the age of 13, Nataraj immersed himself in the teachings of yoga and tantra and at the age of 16, began to share these nectarean teachings with his students. He has inspired countless seekers to take up a spiritual practice and has dedicated his life to bringing the wisdom of yoga to everyday life. His love of teaching is evident in the enthusiastic and devotional manner in which he leads his classes. He strives to create environments and experiences where people from all walks of life can directly contact the fullness of their own Being.

Hanna Williams is a student and initiate of a classical Shakta (Goddess) Tantric tradition, with 10 years of study in a lineage that traces back to Abhinavagupta, the founder of Kashmir Shaivism. Her practice is deeply rooted in working with the transformative power of Grace and the growth, devotion, and evolution that results from That. Alongside her Tantric studies, Hanna has over a decade of experience studying esoteric religions, making her well-versed in guiding others on their spiritual journeys. She has helped people of all faiths deepen their experience of The Divine: Muslim, Christian, Questioning and Occult. While her work is shaped by her Tantric foundation, her ultimate goal is to support students in finding a path that is in alignment with their own Truth and inner knowing.
