Group Meditation w/ Hanna! ♡ 

Group meditation has a magical way of making your practice feel easier and more natural. There’s something powerful about sharing that quiet space with others—it creates a sense of accountability and support that keeps you on track.

Even through Zoom, the collective energy helps you deepen your meditation.

 

Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, these sessions are open to all experience levels.

 

And the best part? Connecting afterward with other meditators to share experiences and insights. It’s both grounding and fun!

 

Join us and see how group meditation can transform your practice.

Session length: 30 minutes of silent meditation + 15 minutes of discussion/Q&A. 

How it works: I will guide you into the practice and guide you out. However, the majority of our sit will be in shared-silence. 

Sign up includes a recording of the guided section of our session. You'll get the pre-recorded version in your confirmation email!
