A: We will begin our time together with a short grounding meditation to encourage us to enter the space with renewed clarity. And then, I will go right into giving my talk about the ego!

THE EGO 101 will get right to the point: 

• What is the ego? 

• Why is it relevant on the spiritual path?

• What can we do to work with it?

Throughout my talk, I'll offer insights about:

the spiritual context of the ego itself [why does it exist within the Divine play of Consciousness?!],

the ego vs. the personality.

the importance of working with it in relation to Grace [you can purchase my Grace talk here before THE EGO 101 to gain some valuable context],

& traditional and modern approaches to working with it.

A: You will walk away with more confidence to begin relating with your own ego and the egos of others. You will walk away with a new framework for why the ego exists in the first place, and the role that it plays in the larger Divine Dance of life itself. You will walk away with a perspective on the ego that is supportive of your own spiritual process and awakening. You will not walk away feeling like there is a part of you that you need to destroy. Rather, you'll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to utilize this misunderstood aspect of the human experience, not only for the sake of your own evolution —but also for the sake of all beings.
