You don't need more practices. You don't need more books or podcasts. You don't even need more will-power or discipline (that can come later. 😉) What you need now is Grace: the force of awakening at work in your life that is already trying to help you to wake up.
The first step is to recognize it.
And the good news is that it is all around you.
The second step is to receive the help.
And the good news is that it wants to help you.

Yes, and guess what: This isn't some cherry-picked New Age philosophical smattering. This isn't my ✨original trademarked method✨, either. The concept of Grace does not come from me, but rather the spiritual tradition that I have dedicated my life to [classical shakta tantra.] Grace can never be owned by anyone because it exists in & as everything. However, the description of it permeates and influences all religions, and each tradition has their own way of talking about it. Grace does not belong to my tradition, but my tradition is really good at talking about it. And I look forward to offering more scriptural references as I talk about Grace with you in 2023.

Grace is the loving, attentive, and dedicated archetype of the Mother--perhaps a Mother you have never physically known in this lifetime. Grace releases us from the false-belief that we're in this alone. You are not alone in this process.

DAY ONE is philosophical.
I'll be going into depth about the philosophy and traditional teaching of Grace. You'll be guided through an origin story of the Universe--and what Grace, the power of evolution, has to do with it. I'll also explain why Grace is so important for our spiritual development, conflicting ideas about Grace in other religions, and why the teaching of Grace can be so HEALING. You'll also receive a worksheet and exercises to try between the two sessions. We'll end day one with Q&A.
DAY TWO is practical.
I'll orient you to a correct view of life that will allow Grace to become more available, and then go through 11 traditional and modern methods of courting Grace in your life. I'll also speak about the connection between Grace and "I create my own reality." It's a phrase that's not totally wrong; there's something deeper happening.
