Mentorship Refund Policy
If for any reason the Client is unhappy with the service provided by the Mentor, a live discussion can be held to address and solve any issues at no charge to the Client. If after this time, the Client feels that they must leave the program, reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Hanna Williams Mentoring, LLC. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.
If the client is happy with the services received, but needs to exit the program due to a justifiable emergency, a calculation will be made to account for the time elapsed and a reimbursement will be sent based off of the remaining time of the program if the client has paid in full. If the client is making multiple payments, reimbursement will be calculated based on the month paid. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all reimbursements. OR: The client can pause mentorship and return at a later time, with the understanding that the already paid enrollment fee will be held by Hanna Williams Mentoring, LLC.
Hanna Williams Mentoring, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to: dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Hanna Williams Mentoring, LLC will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that the Client is contacted about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Hanna Williams Mentoring, LLC, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
